About Mrs. Treadin' Water

My primary occupation is being mom to my five awesomely unique and fantastically funny short people. Most of my days are spent corralling and caring for my boisterous brood, teenager to toddler. My partner-in-crime is the handsome handy man who won my heart with his snappy wit and good country common sense. He still knows the precise moment to show up with a bottle of wine and almost always humors my latest Pinterest project. In my spare time, when I'm not keeping the home fires burning, I am an avid gardener, the ring leader of a small petting zoo, a voracious reader of all things written, a practicing-still-not-perfect Catholic, a lifelong student who wants to be a teacher when I grow up, a wannabe artist who can always find a piece of furniture in need of some TLC and paint, a lover of the outdoors from camping to kayaking, and a girl who looks for any excuse to share some sushi and drink a rita with her gal pals!
